What Tusla asks for
- The written policies, procedures and statements in Schedule 5.
- Evidence your staff have been told about them.
- Information parents are entitled to, and a way to get at it.
- A healthy eating policy, in line with the nutrition standards.

What it doesn't do
- We do not read your policies, or tell you whether you are missing one.
- We do not write them for you.
- We hold your safeguarding statement and none of the other Regulation 23 records: no medication log, no sleep checks, no risk assessments.
