11	Staffing levels To check ratios we would need a staff rota and a daily attendance list. We have neither yet.
12	Childminders Checking a childminder's limits needs a live count of the children present, and we do not keep one.
13	Temporary pre-school services and pre-school services in drop-in centres The records are the same ones. The extra limits that come with a temporary or drop-in service are not applied.
14	Review of pre-school service A yearly review would work much like the fire drill register. It is not built yet.
21	Equipment and materials Your cleaning schedule is a document, and there is nowhere to put it yet.
23	Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child The medication log, the sleep checks and the risk assessments are all records. Only your policies are kept here today.
24	Checking in and out and record of attendance A daily list of who arrived and who left. It would also make ratios possible.
27	Supervision Sleep checks every ten minutes are a record. Nothing here keeps them yet.
29	Premises The ventilation servicing record is one we could keep.
30	Minimum space requirements Floor area per child is a sum, but we do not hold your room measurements to do it with.

If everything is complete here, will I pass an inspection?: We cannot say that, and we will not. When every record LittleLamb.ie tracks is complete, it tells you exactly that and nothing more. An inspector looks at a great deal we never see.
Why list regulations you do nothing about?: Because you need to know which parts are still down to you. A list of only the parts we are good at would be an advert, not something you could use before an inspection.
Where do the descriptions come from?: The Regulations themselves and the Quality and Regulatory Framework, which is what inspectors score against. Each row carries its source.
When will something on the second list be built?: We do not give dates. That list is what we are working on. It will be ready when it is ready.
