You send an invitation to the email address you already have. The parent accepts it and sets up their own sign-in, or turns it down if they would rather not.

One parent, one child’s record
A parent is linked to the children they are actually guardian of. Everything they can open follows from that link.

They do the updating
A parent can edit their own child’s record and sign off the documents you shared with parents. You can see what is still missing without ringing anyone.

- We do not email a parent when something changes. Invitations are the only email we send.
