What Tusla asks for
- A record of incidents in the service.
- Tusla told within three working days for the reportable kinds.
- Parents told where their child is involved.
- A written record of any first aid given.

What it doesn't do
- We do not send the notification. Writing an incident down is not reporting it.
- We do not decide whether an incident has to be reported. You choose.
- We do not hold first aid certificates or say who is trained.

- Does it count the three working days for me?
- It lists an incident you have not reported yet, and says the deadline is three working days. Working the date out and sending the notice is still yours.
- Can a parent see other children?
- No. A parent sees only incidents involving their own child, and only their own child is named.
